District Rankings

All 235 current-boundary districts, ranked by EFA-era enrollment change. Sorted most-declining first by default. Click the EFA change header to reverse it.

The colored dot and the Declining/Stable/Growing buckets both describe a district's total EFA-era enrollment change, on the same magnitude scale the map's fill uses (green = growth, yellow = near zero, red = decline). The sparkline is a different view of the same district: its full 2013-2025 enrollment trend, starting at the current boundary year rather than 2013 for the 7 districts whose boundary has changed since then. Icons flag three caveats worth checking before trusting a row's numbers: a broken line for a thin baseline (fewer than 6 years of pre-EFA data), a diamond for a boundary change, and an arrow sized to its magnitude for a notable trend reversal. Hover or focus a row for the full plain-language description and each era's growth rate: CAGR, the average yearly rate of change accounting for compounding, not the same as a simple total percentage change.
