"Other" is the Division of Youth Services School System and the Arkansas School for the Deaf and Blind. "Predecessor" is real school districts later merged into a current district (e.g. Dollarway, absorbed into Pine Bluff in 2021), counted only for their own years before that merger, zero from 2021-22 onward. District + Charter + Other + Predecessor = All, exactly, every year.
